- $150 covering 1 1/2-hour photo shoot & photo editing

By hiring BaDa Art for photography services, the clients agree that BaDa Art may use the images in any media for any purpose (except defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service, submission for publication, or any other purpose thought proper by BaDa Art. By hiring BaDa Art, the clients agree that images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified. The CDs purchased with “copyright” gives the clients the right to print personal prints, but does not exclude BaDa Art from having the right to use them for above mentioned occasions or at their discretion.
